To secure your date, 50% of the deposit will be due immediately. The rest of the rental fee will be due the day of event when bounce house is delivered. Deposits are refundable up to two weeks before event date, or you can reschedule to another date. If reschedule is needed please provide a notice of two weeks prior to your event to ensure proper scheduling. Keep in mind all bouncers are first come first serve and your date will not be secured or guaranteed until your deposit is received.
We can setup our bounce house, and inflatables wherever it is flat ground. Asphalt, concrete, grass, and turf is permitted. We will not allow setup to be on a slope. No harsh rocks or (mud)dirt will be permitted. You may setup the bounce house indoors, keeping the dimensions in mind.
Most events have a plug that we can plug into to power the blower for the bounce house. But if you do need power, we offer the option to rent a generator. So, if you find yourself at a park, beach or somewhere without power, we have you covered!
If our bounce houses are damaged due to negligence or preventable circumstance a repair charge will be incurred. A cleaning charge may also be applied if the items under the general rules are to be found overlooked. The general rules are as follows to ensure your safety and the integrity of our inflatables: No shoes, no food or drink, no overcrowding, no wrestling, no silly string/confetti, no sand, no face paint, and no glitter.
